For the ultimate healthy meal, we’re sharing a delicious spinach salad recipe with honey balsamic vinaigrette that will keep you happy and satisfied for hours.


3 cups fresh baby spinach

1 mandarin orange

1/2 red onion

1/2 cup unsalted roasted almonds

chopped 1/2 cup feta cheese

2 tablespoons Silk Route Spice Company Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

1/2 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions: Combine honey, olive oil, and salt & pepper (to taste) in a small mixing bowl. Add balsamic vinegar, mixing well to make vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. P Place baby spinach in a large bowl. Peel and slice the red onion, and peel and separate the mandarin orange into wedges. Layer the red onion and mandarin orange over the spinach.
