Flax Seeds - Fascinating

Flax Seeds have acquired the name “the most useful,” unsurprisingly as they have now emerged as a “super food.” These are loaded with nutrients mainly due to their content of omega-3 fats and fiber. These seeds also have powerful antioxidant and estrogen properties. These seeds are also a great alternative protein source for people who do not eat meat. These seeds are also great for people who have diabetes as due to their insoluble fiber content they may lower blood sugar.
