Kombucha is a fermented black or green tea. The drink has become a fad trend due to its benefits of improving digestion, detoxifying, helps you lose weight, boosts your immune system, and wards off high blood pressure and heart disease. All these benefits come from the fermentation process and the probiotics that are created during it.
