Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons of Spanish Smoked paprika

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

2 cranks of Atlantic Sea Salt

3 tablespoons of extra virgin oil

Instructions: To begin, preheat the broiler on high. Then brush a baking sheet with olive oil and lay the chicken thighs flat. Next, in a small bowl mix the paprika, garlic powder and salt and sprinkle this seasoning onto both sides of the chicken thighs (make sure you completely cover the surface of the chicken) Now broil the chicken for about 7 minutes on each side until the thighs are cooked through and have developed a crust Serve immediately with your choice of veg and enjoy!
