Peri-peri sauce although a traditional African sauce has made its way into all of our palettes thanks to Nando’s. These chilli seeds are rich in Vitamins A,B and C and being a natural preservative they prevent us from adding unnatural ingredients to our sauces. Instead try out this Nando’s copycat recipe from the comforts of your own kitchen. Ingredients: 4 large chicken breasts 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil Silk Route Spice Company’s Peri-Peri Sauce Instructions: To begin, marinade the chicken in the peri peri sauce. Next heat the pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil and drop the chicken in. Now allow the chicken to get a nice sear for about 3 minutes, then flip over and do the same with the other side. Then drop the heat to low and allow the chicken to cook through for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve right away and enjoy! Let us know how this compares to your usual Nando’s fix.
