Provence at Home

If you’re craving a trip to France as much as we are, we have the next best thing: Herbs de Provence. This aromatic mixture of dried Provencal herbs and spices contains thyme, basil, rosemary, and oregano. For a refreshing recipe try out these Provincial potatoes.


4 cups of chopped potatoes

4 cloves of roughly chopped garlic

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

2 cranks of Silk Route’s Herbs de Provence seasoning

1 crank of Atlantic Sea Salt

1 crank of Tropical Pepper

Instructions: To begin, preheat the oven to 230 degrees celsius and then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, toss all the ingredients in a large bowl and arrange the tossed potatoes on your baking tray for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and tender. Enjoy!
