Pumpkin Seed Season
If you’re looking for a healthy crunchy snack try out these roasted pumpkin seeds.
¾ cup of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon ½ teaspoon Atlantic sea salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon spanish smoked Paprika powder
⅛ teaspoon Tropical Pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl combine the pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper. Next grease a sheet pan with olive oil and evenly spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds on the sheet pan. Bake the seeds until they are toasted and crunchy for about 12 to 15 minutes. Finally transfer the roasted pumpkin seeds to a bowl to cool down.
