Ingredients:

2 cups All purpose flour

4 teaspoons of baking powder

⅓ teaspoon of salt and pepper

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 cup milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons of melted butter

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

½ cup of scallions

Instructions: Preheat the oven 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. To begin, throw all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix it up until well combined. Then add in the cheese and scallions and mix until just combined. Next drop the batter into 6 biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
