Truffle oil is a versatile ingredient that is used as a finishing oil on various dishes to impart the flavour and aroma of truffles to a dish. 2 pounds of potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 crank of Atlantic Sea Salt
2 tablespoons of Silk Route Spice Company truffle oil
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 230 degrees celsius. Then cut the potatoes into fries. Place the fries in a large bowl with olive oil and salt and mix thoroughly. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spread the fries on the paper, placing them as far apart as you can. Bake the fries for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and make sure to flip them. Reverse the tray in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the fries are crisp and golden brown. Remove the baking sheets from the oven and drizzle with the Silk Route Spice company truffle oil, salt and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
