  1. To begin, preheat the broiler on high.
  2. Then brush a baking sheet with olive oil and lay the chicken thighs flat.
  3. Next, in a small bowl mix the paprika, garlic powder and salt and sprinkle this seasoning onto both sides of the chicken thighs (make sure you completely cover the surface of the chicken).
  4. Now broil the chicken for about 7 minutes on each side until the thighs are cooked through and have developed a crust.
  5. Serve immediately with your choice of veg and enjoy!
