Delicious Smoked Paprika Chicken - Recipe
Paprika is a vibrant red colourful spice derived from ground red peppers. It varies in flavour, colour and spiciness depending on the type of pepper. It offers a multitude of benefits including vitamin A, capsaicin and antioxidants. These vitamins help prevent inflammation, improve cholesterol, eye health and blood sugar levels. If you're looking for a way to make your go-to dishes more colourful, this is the perfect choice.
